Equipment

  • 1 baking dish 9 x 13

Ingredients
  

  • 1 40 oz. can Sweet potatoes or 3 cups fresh cooked
  • ⅓ cup heavy cream
  • ¾ cup sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • ⅓-½ cup melted butter
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • ½ tsp ground nutmeg

Topping

  • 1 box The Original Whistlestop Cafe' Cobbler mix
  • 5 tbsp butter
  • ½ cup chopped pecans optional

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350℉
  • Mix all ingredients except for Topping at low speed until smooth.
  • Pour into 9×13 baking dish.
  • Stir all Topping ingredients together in a separate bowl.
  • Place Topping on top of sweet potatoes.
  • Bake approximately 45 minutes.
