Shortcut Sweet Potato Casserole
The perfectly, delicious Shortcut Sweet Potato Casserole!
Equipment
- 1 baking dish 9 x 13
Ingredients
- 1 40 oz. can Sweet potatoes or 3 cups fresh cooked
- ⅓ cup heavy cream
- ¾ cup sugar
- 2 eggs
- ⅓-½ cup melted butter
- 1 tsp vanilla
- ½ tsp ground nutmeg
Topping
- 1 box The Original Whistlestop Cafe' Cobbler mix
- 5 tbsp butter
- ½ cup chopped pecans optional
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350℉
- Mix all ingredients except for Topping at low speed until smooth.
- Pour into 9×13 baking dish.
- Stir all Topping ingredients together in a separate bowl.
- Place Topping on top of sweet potatoes.
- Bake approximately 45 minutes.
