Shortcut Pumpkin Spice Cake

This cake is every bit as good as scratch, and half the work!

Equipment

  • 1 bundt cake pan

Ingredients
  

  • 1 box buttered cake mix
  • 1 can pumpkin puree
  • 1 tbsp. pumpkin pie spice
  • 4 eggs
  • cup oil
  • ½ cup milk

Cream Cheese Frosting

  • 8 oz. cream cheese
  • 1 stick salted butter
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp. vanilla

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350℉.
  • Place all ingredients into a large mixing bowl. Mix on low speed just until everything is blended.
  • Pour cake batter into a greased and floured bundt pan.
  • Bake for approximately 40 – 45 minutes or until toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
  • Cool for 10 minutes; remove from pan.
  • Sprinkle with powdered sugar or frost top with cream cheese frosting. Recipe is below.

Cream Cheese Frosting

  • Mix ingredients together on low speed until smooth and creamy.
