Shortcut Pumpkin Spice Cake

This cake is every bit as good as scratch, and half the work!

- 1 box buttered cake mix
- 1 can pumpkin puree
- 1 tbsp. pumpkin pie spice
- 4 eggs
- ⅓ cup oil
- ½ cup milk
Cream Cheese Frosting
- 8 oz. cream cheese
- 1 stick salted butter
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 tsp. vanilla
Preheat oven to 350℉.
Place all ingredients into a large mixing bowl. Mix on low speed just until everything is blended.
Pour cake batter into a greased and floured bundt pan.
Bake for approximately 40 - 45 minutes or until toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
Cool for 10 minutes; remove from pan.
Sprinkle with powdered sugar or frost top with cream cheese frosting. Recipe is below.
