Equipment

  • 1 9X13 inch baking dish

Ingredients

  • 1 loaf frozen white bread dough, thawed
  • 1/2 stick stick salted butter, softened
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar, light or dark
  • 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 can prepared cream cheese frosting, for topping

Instructions

  • Place dough onto floured surface. Roll the dough into a 10×12 sheet, approximately ½ inch thick. This does not have to be exact.
  • Spread softened butter onto dough and cover butter with cinnamon sugar mixture. Spread sugar mixture to the edges.
  • Gently lift one of the 12 inch sides and fold over the edge. Gently roll the dough into a log.
  • Cut the log into 1 inch slices and place into a 9×13 in baking dish sprayed with nonstick spray.
  • Cover rolls with plastic wrap and allow them to rise in a warm, draft free area for 30 minutes. Rolls should double in size…..or close to it.
  • Uncover rolls and bake in a 350 degree preheated oven for approximately 20 minutes or until golden brown.
  • Cover with cream cheese frosting while warm
