
White Chicken Chili
This is comfort food at it's best for me! White chili is on the lighter side of chilies and made with chicken and a delicious broth. So satisfying and delicious!
Equipment
- 1 Medium sized sauce pan
Ingredients
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 1 can navy beans, rinsed and drained
- 1/2 cup frozen corn,
- 1 can Rotel diced tomatoes and green chilies, drained
- 1 cup diced chicken, cooked
- 1 teaspoon minced dried garlic
- 1 teaspoon cumin powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- Pinch Salt & Pepper to taste
Instructions
- Add all ingredients except chicken and cream into a medium sized saucepan. Heat on medium heat and simmer for approximately 10 minutes, or longer. Add chicken and bring to a low simmer. Turn off heat and add cream.
