Sticky Chicken
Ingredients
- 6-8 pieces of chicken
- ½ cup buttermilk
- ½-⅔ cup all purpose flour
- 1 tsp. salt
Sauce
- 1½ cups ketchup
- ½ cup brown sugar
- ½ cup Apple Cider vinegar
- 2 tbsp. Worcestershire Sauce
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350℉
- Place chicken in plastic bag.
- Pour buttermilk over the chicken.
- Shake bag making sure chicken is evenly coated.
- Add salt and flour. Shake again, evenly coating chicken.
- Pour enough sauce into the bottom of a baking dish or cast iron skillet to lightly coat the bottom.
- Add the chicken skin side up. Pour remaining sauce over the chicken.
- Bake for 1 hour or until chicken reaches 160-165℉.
- Let chicken rest before serving. Garnish with green onion tops if desired.
